ShippingMost shipping will be done via Fed Ex or UPS. A tracking number will be provided at time of shipping. We will try to get your parts out within 48 hours. Some items are made to order and do require more time to manufacture and ship. You will be emailed with approximate shipping schedules in that case. ReturnsReturns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of product on defective merchandise only. Non-defective items will require a restocking fee of 25%. No items will accepted as a return if they have been painted, powder coated, drilled, welded or any other way modified from the way it was originally shipped out. Before returning any items, please contact us for return information at Sales@OverKillOffRoad.com with Return request in your subject line. PrivacyOverKill Off Road will NEVER sell or give away any personal information, including email addresses. We hate spam too!
